Heather R. Eichem, CPA, is a member of Wendling Noe Nelson & Johnson LLC and leads the firm’s quality control activities. Heather has practiced in public accounting for over 20 years with a primary focus in providing audit, tax, and reimbursement services to the firm’s health care clients. Heather assists her clients with the understanding of third-party reimbursement and its impact on their operations. In addition to actively participating in the review of audits and Medicare cost reports, Heather leads the firm’s Medicaid DSH services for the firm’s Kansas and Missouri clients. Heather participated on the Kansas Hospital Association’s Medicaid DSH Program Steering Committee and Medicaid CAH Cost Adjustment Factor Work Group.

Heather also provides audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services to various not-for-profit organizations and is actively involved in the firm’s Single Audit and Yellow Book audit services.

Heather and her husband have two boys who keep them busy with 4-H and sporting activities. Heather enjoys spending time outdoors camping and wheeling with her family and friends.
