Wendling Noe Nelson & Johnson LLC (WNNJ) understands the need to ensure electronic communications containing confidential information are transmitted securely. We offer the Wendling Noe Nelson & Johnson LLC Secure Message Center, by OpenText and powered Zix for secure emailing, and the Wendling Noe Nelson & Johnson LLC Secure File Sharing Portal, secured and powered by Suralink, for the transfer of files.

Wendling Noe Nelson & Johnson LLC Message Center

When a message is sent through the Wendling Noe Nelson & Johnson LLC Secure Message Center, the message and any contents are encrypted and only the intended recipient can read the message even if it is intercepted during transit.

When a secure message is received, you will receive a standard email notification containing a link to the WNNJ Secure Message Center. The first time you receive a secure message, you will be prompted to register your email address and setup your account.

To send us a secure message, using the Secure Message Center, click the link below, which will take you to the Secure Message Center login screen. If you are an existing user, you will need to enter your email address and password. If you are new to the Secure Message Center, click the “Register” option to create your account.

Once logged in, a new secure message can be created by clicking on the “Compose” tab and may only be sent to our email accounts.

Secure File Sharing Portal

The Wendling Noe Nelson & Johnson Secure Filing Sharing Portal, offers a secure and encrypted method of transferring sensitive data. The portal may be utilized to access data sent by team members of WNNJ or can be used to send data to WNNJ. To transfer data to WNNJ, click the link below, which will take you to the Secure File Sharing Portal, where you will attach the files you wish to transfer. You will need to provide your email, name, and any information you may wish to include about the information being provided. We do ask that any information included outside of the files being transferred not contain any sensitive data that would need to be sent securely.
