Secure Message Access

Wendling Noe Nelson & Johnson, LLC recognizes the importance of email communications and the need to ensure communications containing confidential information is transmitted securely. As a result, WNNJ offers two methods of secure email communication. WNNJ uses the Wendling Noe Nelson & Johnson LLC Message Center, secured by Zix Corporation, and Virtual Cabinet Document Portal to ensure all electronic communication containing sensitive information is protected. See below for a discussion of each system and access.

Wendling Noe Nelson & Johnson LLC Message Center

When WNNJ sends you a secure email message via the Message Center, the message is sent to a secure data center where it is held for your retrieval. That secure data center is maintained by Zix Corporation, the leader in email encryption services. When the secure message is sent, a notification message is sent to inform you that a message awaits you on the Message Center. That notification message will contain a link to the secure Message Center. Simply click the link and log into the Message Center to retrieve your message.

The first time you use the Message Center, you will be prompted to create an account. To establish your account you need your email address and password. You will use this password each time you log into the Message Center. After setting up your account, a confirmation message will be sent to the email address you entered. You will need to click the link in the confirmation email to complete the account setup process. You may now begin using your Message Center account.

When WNNJ sends you a secure email message, you will receive a notification message via standard email. Click the link contained in the notification message to be taken to the login screen where you will be prompted to enter your email address and password that you established. Once logged in, you can read your secure message, download it to your computer, or send a secure reply message.

To send a secure message to WNNJ, click on the link below. You will be taken to the login screen where you will be prompted to enter your email address and password that you established. Once logged in, you can create a new secure message by clicking on the “Compose” tab. The secure messages may only be sent to WNNJ email accounts.
